Each Circle brings together a small group of trusted peers—leaders who understand the realities of public service—to engage in candid discussion, challenge ideas, and support one another in navigating high-stakes decisions.

This is not a networking group.

Monthly Full-Day Meetings

Members meet one full day each month in a structured, high-value session focused on real issues and decisions.

Confidential Peer Advisory

Each Circle consists of 8–16 members, creating the right balance of diversity, trust, and engagement.

Issue Processing

Members bring real challenges to the group and work through them with peers who provide insight, perspective, and experience-based feedback.

Member Spotlight & Host Rotation

Each member hosts a session and shares insight into their agency, priorities, and challenges—deepening understanding and connection across the group.

Expert Speakers

Select sessions include experienced speakers covering leadership, strategy, communication, talent, and innovation.

Individual Coaching

Each member receives a one-on-one coaching session each month to go deeper on challenges, decisions, and personal leadership development.
