About the President
I am a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and leadership coach who believes leadership is best learned through experience—not theory alone. Beyond studying leadership and personal development, I have lived it. Over a 17-year career, I advanced from an entry-level role to Chief Executive Officer, leading an organization of more than 50 employees and overseeing a $45 million operating budget.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on leadership and organizational development. As a lifelong learner, I have earned multiple leadership certifications and continue to refine my approach through real-world application and continuous study.
In addition to my executive career, I am the founder of two businesses, where I apply the same strategic clarity, accountability, and people-first leadership principles I teach others. My leadership and professional contributions have been recognized through inclusion in Who’s Who in America.
